自从第一届，去年在昆明进行的，中国公开赛是不限国籍的、个人球员能参加的最重要的全国性赛事。
今年中国壁球公开赛准备在上海10月20日至22日进行，肯定会吸引来自全国中外强手，并成为规模最大的个人赛事。
2006年上海中国公开赛一共有4个组：中国男子、外国男子、中国女子和外国女子。 另外，2006年上海中国公开赛是第一次中国大陆壁球比赛设有奖金。每组前三名，除了奖杯还将获得可观的奖金（最高8000元，最低1000元），同时第四到第六名还是有奖品。
这是一次难得的机会跟来自全国最强的球手打球。我们希望北京壁球爱好者能有多人参加本次公开赛（并把一些奖金带回北京！）。

From its first edition, last year in Kunming, China Open is the most important national tournament open to individual participation of players without distinction of nationality.
This year China Open will be held in Shanghai from October 20th to 22nd , and certainly will attract the best players, Chinese and Foreigners, from all China, becoming the biggest individuals squash contest in China mainland.
2006 Shanghai China Open will arrange players in 4 separated groups: Chinese male, Foreigner male, Chinese Women and Foreigner Women.
For the first time in China mainland there will be monetary prizes for the best three of each group (and other prizes for the 4th to 6th of each group) !
It is a rare occasion of playing with the best players coming from all China, we really hope that most of us can join the tournament and, possibly, take back to Beijing some prizes ! We are trying to coordinate Beijing players participation, if you want join us going to Shanghai please contact us and visit often our website for the last news: www.uss-squash.cn
